Feel free to come early so as to have all your questions answered from our front desk team members and grab a cup of coffee or a drink from the mini fridge. If you are able, it is often helpful to have your paperwork filled out before your visit so that we can answer any residual questions you may have when you arrive. Some information that can be beneficial at your first appointment is your Dental Benefit/Insurance Information, Previous XRAYS (emailed or printed on photo quality paper), and List of Current Medications.
